When using the Joomla Tiny MCE editor with Wrap mode (All buttons shown) then it is not possible to enter anything in the text field, and also not possible to drag the editor window to a bigger size !?

Looks like in wrap mode it overlaps its own footer so you're not able to use the drag corner to expand it. Seams like an issue with Joomla's styling of the TinyMCE editor in that mode. Don't think you'll be able to use that mode there. Will review making those inputs taller since the editor toolbar got substantially bigger since Joomla 4, which should help but Joomla needs to fix that overlapping footer bug.

Ok, have a MR pending review. This will increase the height of ALL editor fields throughout CBSubs and make them 100% width instead of taking up just a partial amount of space.

Ok, a new CBSubs build release is now available making the editor area taller and with 100% width. This hopefully should help, but I do recommend reporting this to Joomla as a bug since the editor toolbar should not be allowed to overlap the footer.
