Present options on plan renewal?

We have a plan with two options, one for a quarter and the other for a year, with different prices.
When a member renews, it only presents the option they in the current subscription. Is it possible to present both of them?

By options do you mean CBSubs Options? If so they need to change the options before renewing. There should be a button above the renewal button to do this if you allow options to be changed.

I have both Allow Changing Options and Allow Changing Prices set. This is what the relevant part of the renewal page looks like
 

However, clicking on the Change Pricing doesn't do anything, and I get this error in the console

I have played around with setting Allow Changing Options and Allow Changing Pricing separately. With Allow Changing Options only, there is no button displayed, and with Allow Changing Price only there is, but it does nothing.
