CB Issues with Joomla 6.0 Conversion

I pushed Joomla conversion from version 5.4 to 6.0 and got some strange errors after I installed CB Gallery 3.0.1+build.2025.11.21.16.43.47.9cf631b9f.

In response, I manually downloaded and installed the updated CB Gallery plugin which was shown to be successful. However, opening the System function in the Admin backend, three updates were shown and these were:

• CB Gallery Bot ( update.joomlapolis.net/versions/136.xml )
• CB Gallery Module ( update.joomlapolis.net/versions/136.xml ) ( www.joomlapolis.com/addons/cb-gallery )
• CB Gallery Search Bot ( update.joomlapolis.net/versions/166.xml ) ( www.joomlapolis.com/addons/cb-gallery )

I also experienced issues resulting from our use of Payment Form, upon which we depend, so I completely restored our site to Joomla 5.4 using the most recent Akeeba Backup file I'd generated and the restored site works as it should.
I'm only posting this as information only.

CB Gallery needs to be updated through CB not through Joomla. I don't have the download key added there yet to allow you to provide your site key (same as in CB > Configuration > Integrations). That will be added in next build release and in 3.0.2 (or 3.1.0). It was prematurely added on my part as it needed to be in the XML for JED to accept our listing (we're trying to get all our addons listed), sorry about that.

Payment Form? You mean in CB Paid Subscriptions? Can you be more specific what issues you were experiencing?

PaymentForm is a separate Joomla extension developed and marketed by JoomDonation that we use.

Ok, a new CB Gallery build is now available that doesn't include the update sites. Joomla doesn't clean these up itself so you may need to delete/unpublish them manually, but future releases at least won't add them. Will enable them again once we get the download key issues sorted as the idea is to be able to eventually update through Joomla.
