Maybe i am wrong but it seems that there is no possibility to trigger a notification to owner of a post when a user post a comment. However, it is working when there is a mention @xxx in the comment. Correct ?

There's a notification for comments. You can configure it within CB Activity > Parameters > Notifications. All notifications are configured there. There's quite a few available for comments. For activity comments see the "Activity section followed by its "Comment" parameter.
