All of that information is available in the respective backend views in much better detail. You can limit what they can access by giving them a limited permissions account.
With that said your only option here is a CB Query Field and to query for it. Similar to what was provided earlier. You should be able to use that as a starting point to get other payment details. As for promotion code usage that's stored in _cbsubs_promotions_uses. They're referenced by basket id. So you'll need to join that table off the _cbsubs_payment_items table in the query provided earlier and that should give you what promo code they used.
