I do not find the setting to have special users ( moderators, admins..) able to create an event but not others group's users . The plugin GJ Events do not allow to segregate the access level between display and creation, right ?
Anyone who is an active member of the group and can access the Events tab can create events. The only exception is if the group has Events Display set to Disabled then the group owner, administrator, or moderator can still create groups while nobody else can.
