I've a client who would like to reformat the userlist display (menu option) into blocks instead of the list display. They are looking for something similar to this

Is there an addon that will accomplish this?
We provide 2 ways to display userlists out of the box. Table and Grid. From there you can style them further using your own CSS. Below is an example of both.
Link you provided just looks like a Grid layout so you should be able to accomplish that relatively easily. You can turn on Grid display by editing your userlist in CB > List Management then under Parameters > Display set "Use Grid Layout" to "Yes". You can then use "Grid Layout Size" to determine the grid sizing based off Bootstrap 4/5 grid sizes (1 through 12).
