I was referring to this topic, How to unpublish CB language plugins.
See screen shot. It would be helpful to change that message with:
"Cannot unpublish row id XXX because: Language plugins cannot be unpublished! Use Delete instead."
IMHO, giving recommendations or alternative solutions on error messages avoids endless searches for solutions, thus happier users.
