My dropdowns show blank when an option is selected. It shows up after hitting submit, but nothing shows when an option is selected.
On all my other CB sites, the selection is shown in the field box when selected and before clicking submit.
Any clue?
Your Joomla template likely is setting the font to white so it's there, but not visible since the font color is same as background. Switch back to default Cassiopeia template and see if your issue resolves.

You'd need to ask your template developer as their CSS is what's making the text white.
