Date fields duplicating on registration form (month/day/year shown twice)

PHP 8.3 (ea-php83)I'm experiencing an issue where all of the date fields on the Community Builder registration form are displaying twice — the month, day, and year selectors appear duplicated. The form still functions if one set is filled out, but it looks unprofessional.
 This has happened intermittently before and I thought it was purely caching, but it keeps returning. Any ideas on what could be causing the double rendering of the date field?Thanks in advance!

Looks fine to me. Your default registration value for your email field should probably be fixed though as it looks like you're trying to substitute in email.

 

What browser are you using? It's possible you have a cache issue going on. Try switching to default Joomla Cassiopeia template and see if your issue persists.
