Post Media - GJ Activity

OK, so I should have CB Activity > Parameters > Notifications > CB Gallery disabled and the Integrations > CB Gallery enabled? Or maybe I should have Integrations > CB Gallery disabled also?
My goal is to send a notification to the group if someone posts with an image or if they post a gallery item, but just to the group members.

CB Gallery and CB Activity notifications from groups are handled by the groups. So within your group click the menu followed by Notifications. On that page users can subscribe to the gallery or activity notifications. This will send a notification exactly how you have notifications configured in GJ. So by default an email. You can configure that to log a CB Activity notification from GJs notification settings.

As for CB Activity > Parameters > Notifications > CB Gallery yes you should leave that disabled. That sends a notification for an upload on ANY gallery.

So a quick constructive feedback from users on the new email notification:
1.It's so important to include even some of the post or comment! Thank you for that. I know we want people on the website, but we're competing here with a lot of other similar tools. If I give a user a choice to click by telling him more, he's far more engaged, if I make him click, he's disengaged. 
2.  I would love a few more words... maybe 20 words or even let admins set how many to display in notification and email.
3. I have changed the format of the email, the default puts the profile link right next to the posted message link, which is very confusing for users... "why am I looking at the profile? I wanted to read the post."
4. A link to the post (or the comment or the like) instead of to the notification would be much more useful. Link to the notification gives the same truncated notification they've just read in the email... every user was confused about what to do with the link to the notification, it didn't occur to any of them to click a second time to see the post.
