We have used CB as a reporting tool.
Where different members (caretakers) can report daily health issues in an elderly home, about other members (the elderly).
Now we would like to generate an overview of these activities.
Preferably in the activity feed format:
name member ->name member
time
message
Is there a database export tool to combine this information, and generate a report?
in pdf or csv format.
Please advise,

There is no exporting functionality in CB Activity. Your only option is database export using phpmyadmin.
