CB AntiSPAM does not show

Hi,
we have bougth CB AntiSPAM installed it on joomla 5.4.0 but it does not show.
I can see it in the plugin page, i see it in the field management page, 
but it does not show in the registration page  2joomla.intacs.info/cb-registration

What went wrong?

Ensure CB AntiSpam is public access and published in CB > Plugin Management. Once done navigate to CB > Field Management and publish the Captcha field as well as be sure its set to display on registration. Also be sure the Captcha field is on a published tab as that can also suppress its display.

unfortunately this has not done the trick.

What I expect is captcha image and the registering user has to fill it as Code(Internal)
I have checked: Plugin published OK, public access OK; antispam_captcha published OK; tab of field is published OK, field is on registration page 1 line OK, site cashe cleared OK.

What do I need to set with the plugin parameters?
What settings do I need to have as css?

We use Template from RSJoomla are there any know issues?

Would it be possible to have a screen sharing session?

Please PM (see link in forum signature below) backend super user login credentials and will take a look.

Have reviewed your install. It's not displaying because you've given all guest users moderator permissions. Withing CB > Configuration > Moderation the "Moderators View Access Level" is set to "Guest". CB Moderators are exempt from captcha. That parameter should be set more strictly to something like Super Users or a view access level strictly for moderators. Once adjusted your issue will be resolved.

What is your experience with AI and SPAM bots becoming more agressive, is the interal captcha still sufficient?
