CB Login Menu Item Parameters was created by pdxfixit

I want to configure the CB Login for one of my menu items, but there are no parameters available, like in the module.

I know I can make a blank article, and place the module on that one menu item/article, but how do I change those parameters for the component-based menu item?

Using: Joomla! 1.6.5 + CB 1.4
