Got the same problem and tried many different combinations. None seems to help

My system info tells me following:

[code:1]$mosConfig_absolute_path = '/home/pglion/domains/thaiportal.nl/public_html/'; [/code:1]

My ftp path to the forum is:

[code:1]/domains/thaiportal.nl/public_html/components/com_forum/[/code:1]

What is the correct path in the phpBB Connector?

Since it is in the com_forum directory it looks like you have the phpbb Component installed... If this is correct then the connector is not designed to work with that version. It is designed to work with the raw phpBB forum from www.phpbb.com.

Phil_Roy had hacked the connector to work with the component at one time... search the forums here... I don't think he uses phpBB anymore though...

At some point in the future the connector will also connect to the component... just too many features and tweaks in front of it at the moment...
