I honestly think this is a 1.0.13/mambo bug. I am running com_joomlawiki on the 1.5.3 site and com_mambowiki on the 1.0.13 site. On the 1.5 site, things are working logically. Menu item is Public, but component is Users and behavior is correct. Settings are the same on the 1.0 site, but behavior is reversed. Public can get to the Main Page, Users get the login prompt. I have not installed CB yet on 1.5 site (which may "break" it), but will do.

I have the same problem. I`m using Joomla Wiki , CB 1.1 and joomla 1.5

With the setting:
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=login

i get always the message
"You must login to view other pages"

but i am logged in.

I never could figure it out. Right now, I have no wiki on the site. I had no problems with that set of components on the 1.5.3 site, but am not ready to make that leap yet. If you can make it work, please let me know.
