Errors? PHP version? Did you run all the CB Tools and follow all of the installation instructions in the readme.txt?

I'm doing a new build. I too ran into the stated issue. I am able to use the CB_Login by disabling sh404SEF. You can turn off sh404SEF all the way or have sh404SEF to "skip" CB. Go to the sh404 main config, By Component, "skip" comprofiler.
Unsure if everyone with this problem is using sh404, Good luck and hope to be able to find a fix to the sh404/CB problem.
