Perform an expert upgrade followed by running all tools. Check your permissions from Help -> System Info -> Directory Permissions. Ensure you really are running PHP5.

Thanks for replying. I already started the uninstall - reinstall type of upgrade. I've just finished reinstalling everything but the profiles are still not appearing and neither is the registration page. I checked the directory permissions and they were all ok, and I also ran the CB database checking tools and they were ok. I've checked the PHP version in System info and it is 5.2.5.
Any more ideas? Thanks for your help

The Edit Profile page is also blank under the heading.

It looks to me like CB MyVideos plugin isn't upgraded to be compatible with CB 1.2. Try disabling it in Plugin Manager, and if you're able to see the profiles, you'll need to get ahold of the MyVideos developer for an upgrade or find a compatible extension.

Hi, thanks for your help. I tried unpublishing CB myvideos and that didn't work, but then I tried unpublishing everything except CB core, CB menu, default template and default language and the basic info did reappear. I haven't tried reintroducing the other plugins yet but it seems to be any template except the default one makes the profile page disappear. When I use the default template the registration page and edit form also reappear, which is great. But do you know any way of getting the Luna template to work again please? It wasn't crossed out in the PluginsManager list, but would I need to get an updated version from somewhere?
Thanks very much for your help

Thought I might have a Javascript error message but there's nothing in the error console
