There's no filter for that. Best I can suggest is select Any for the plan and for the status select Expired, but that'll just show all users that have at least 1 expired plan, but if they've 1 expired and 1 active it'll at least show under the subscriptions column that they've an active plan and you can probably sort by that to push those results to the bottom of the list.
