Ok, if that's not working either then my guess is something is blocking the coupon from being considered available. Is CBSubs Promotions itself in CB > Plugin Management published and public? Is the coupon also public and published? Not sure what more to suggest. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

Have reviewed your install. Appears to be a bug. The basket skip behavior shouldn't be happening if there's an applicable coupon available.

The only way right now to prevent the basket skip behavior is to configure "Invoicing address handling at payment time" to show the invoice address in CBSubs > Settings > Display > Invoices, have a second payment gateway, or have "Upgrade Account Intro Text" configured or terms and conditions enabled in CBSubs > Settings > Display > Baskets. This will cause the basket to stop being skipped.

Ok, that bug #8061 is now fixed, and a nightly CBSubs release is now released. To upgrade, with latest CB nightly, go to CB menu, plugins, install&upgrade and then click the "Refresh" button at bottm and "Upgrade all".

Can you please confirm that it works for you too ? :)
