I have attached a screenshot of the logs relating to the previous upgrade test we did.
And yes, I am trying to upgrade into a recurring subscription plan.
In the current setup exclusively offer 1-year plans, with renewal turned on. Is this the reason why we are experiencing the bug?
Because the "renewal" has been created in stripe rather than in CB?
Is it possible to make the upgrade payment methods conditional then?
So in the initial purchase, all customers will see both payment methods (stripe & offline/bank transfer).
But in upgrades we use conditions to only show their previous selected payment method?
That might not be the optimal UX, but it would solve our current challenge. We may have to offer some customer-support if someone needs to change payment method.
