Yes, on frontend navigate to the users profile then create a basket for them by selecting whatever they're meant to be purchasing. Next use the Offline payment gateway, note you will need to create one if you do not have one yet, to confirm the payment. Finally within CBSubs > Baskets you can pay the basket. This will go through the entire payment flow and subscription activation process as if they paid themselves.
