Subscription Rebill Issue

Subscription Rebill Issue was created by visiblerestraint
Hello!

So way back in July, our website was having some fairly serious security issues unrelated to Community Builder. These issues were compounded by a concurrent weird configuration problem on CC Bill's end - a problem created by CC Bill.  Both of these issues have been fixed and subscriptions seem to be going just fine now.  But it's unsurprising to me, therefore, that a customer was able to successfully rebill July but that the website didn't recognize (or register) the rebill.  Obviously, I can go in and manually give this customer access - which, honestly, I'm happy to do.  Here's my question:  what if they decide NOT to rebill in 2027?  Will CB Paid Subscriptions be able to recognize that they're essentially cancelling their subscription?  Or will I have to go in and manually change their access at that time?  It's not THAT big a deal (it's only one customer so far), I'm just curious what my best way forward is.

Thank you!

Daniel

I'm not sure what you mean by rebill? You mean they renewed their subscription and CBSubs didn't see that they renewed their subscription? Was this a manual renewal or auto recurring payment? Any information logged in CBSubs > History Log (e.g. maybe an error occurred)?

If CBSubs isn't told a renewal happened it just expires the subscription at its expiration date. You shouldn't need to manually do anything.

Exactly right.   They renewed their subscription and CBSubs didn't see that they renewed their subscription.  It was an auto-recurring payment.  I don't SEE anything in the history log yet - but it isn't the EASIEST log to read.  I'll keep looking.
