What information Facebook gives is entirely up to Facebook. There's a few things that can limit this information. First you need to edit your Facebook application and request more than the public profile, but this will likely put your application under review (Facebook will have to review and approve your permissions request). Next you'd need to set within CB Connect for the API to request those permissions. Then you'll need to configure field mapping for the fields you're wanting under CB Connect > Parameters > Facebook > Registration. With all that said your application can not override a users own privacy settings. For example if their information is set to "Only Me" then you can not retrieve it.
