i switched to My community template and also to Beez 3 but the issue still remains.

Since you have ruled out the template it must be something else that is loading on the same page.

Maybe some module?

It's just trial and error. Disable non-core CB plugins and non-core Joomla extensions 1 by 1 until it goes away. It could be a module. Could be another CB field. Could be a Joomla system plugin. Only way to find out is disabling 1 by 1 and retesting after each disable.

Hello Kyle/ Nick,

Thanks for your inputs, i disabled and enabled each Joomla and CB component/ Plugin and found out that CB Antispam plugin is causing the issue. Any work-arounds ?

Are you using latest CB Antispam version from here:
