Thank you.
That was your original suggestion couple of months ago, but CBSubs would add a usergroup in addition to registered and then, once the membership lapsed, remove the premium plan usergroup.
I have not been able to replicate the backend issue, even after obliterating, err, I mean, clearing browser and server cache.

Edit--let me try deleting CBSubs actions and just try Auto Actions. I didn't note the replace usergroup option.

CB Auto Actions can remove the subscription usergroup as well. You just need a second action to do that using the usage detailed under "Plan Expired" in my reply below.

Removed CBSubs control of usergroup. Just set up switch of group on plan activation. New "Firm" member activation did not replace with new usergroup. In fact this time did not even activate new group. Was able to see and fix the redirect issue.

Have reviewed your install and under Conditions there was a space before [var3]. This will result in ' 1' Equal To '1' compare, which would fail. I've now tested and confirmed it's working fine after fixing the space issue; see the user "demouser".
