[SOLVED] How does the moderator view the application from the front end?

Hello,

If I have a moderator that logs in on the front end and sees there is someone who needs to be approved, how do they view the person's application? When I click on the person's name, an error message comes up.

This one:

I want the moderator to be able to log in on the front end and look at the person's application before they approve them but they can't view the application because the user is not approved.

It's very confusing.

You can't view a users profile until the user is confirmed, approved, and not blocked. Their registration is incomplete. This doesn't apply to CB Moderators though and they should be able to see the users profile fine assuming the user logged in is actually a CB Moderator. Ensure their (the viewing user, your moderator) usergroup is within your CB Moderator view access level as configured in CB > Configuration > Moderation.

That's the problem. Moderators are Super Users and I was logged in as me (the super user) and I still got that error message.

It's working perfectly fine in my tests. As long as the viewing user is within the moderator view access level they should see that message with the users profile directly below it. I'm not sure what to suggest beyond checking your users usergroups and ensuring the moderator view access level is configured correctly.
