I actually only had the Default labguages installed, but also now installed the latest (plug_language_english_en-GB_2.0.12.1.0.13+203aabd43.zip) as you can see in the image below. Issue still persists.

I believe another user had a similar issue that was caused by their template. Switch to default Joomla protostar template and see if issue persists.

Issue still persists. I tested on both sites having the problem that are using two different templates.
I updated to the latest CB recently published as well.

Have reviewed your install and your issue is due to 3rd party "System - Mail Links to Contact Enhanced". It seams to be blanket converting email addresses to clickable mailto links, but it's doing this even for values inside of inputs. Disabling it solves your issue.
