Joomla 3 allowed step-based registration forms, does anyone know how this is achieved in Joomla 4?

Edit the Default CB template within CB > Plugin Management then under Layouts > Registration you can set your registration to step by step. See my below blog post regarding the newly released layouts feature. You've complete control over your profile view, profile edit, and registration layouts now.
