Thanks but I think maybe a code autoaction would be more appropriate as the HTML message will be provided by an outside PHP code linked to Openai API to build a message depending upon the activity itself

Or maybe could it be better just to add to the DB ?

You can directly add it to the database if you want or use CB Activity comment table object in custom code in a Code action using PHP. Entirely up to you. The asset should be set to activity.ACTIVITY_ID so it attaches to whatever activity post you want it displayed on and system column needs to be set to 1 to allow HTML.
