Sounds like the primary asset maybe not set correctly. If it's your profile gallery try comparing it to our demo site and adjusting the primary asset to match. Profile galleries should generally always have "profile.[displayed_id]" as a primary asset.

I suppose you are telling me to compare the gallery plugin settings of my site to the settings on demo site. They are exactly the same but there is nowhere to check assets there.

Can you please guide me where exactly to compare?

Navigate to CB Gallery > Galleries and review your gallery settings. What gallery are you trying to upload to exactly and where?

Each user can upload images videos etc to their profiles. This is the gallery i am talking about.

For example i go to my profile to upload an image inside my profile gallery.
