Have reviewed your install. Registration email seams to be sending perfectly fine. See below attached email with my test registration (note I've deleted the account).

Ok, that's a different issue. You're not getting moderator emails. That's very likely just a configuration problem. First edit your user in CB> User Management and make sure your account is set to receive moderator emails. Next in CB > Configuration > Moderation be sure "Send Moderators Email" is set to "Yes" and that "Moderators View Access Level" is properly set to whatever your moderator view access level is (typically defaulted to Super Users) and be sure your account has a usergroup in that view access level.
Note you won't receive anything until after they've confirmed their email address. At that point if approval is required you'll be sent a pending account approval email. If approval is not required you'll be sent a new user registration email.
