Test Clock Id Field Does Not Show

I enabled the reporting and tried to duplicate the issue. However, this time, everything worked fine.

We discovered that when we set debug on and reporting to maximum, the Configuration button works. Turn off debug; it fails. Which error files will you need?
In the meantime, we unpublished the two discounts we had set up and tried the registration again. It shows no discounts, just $69 a month, and it too shows the same message "SIMULATEDOK".

See if the error was logged in CBSubs > History Log otherwise check your server error logs. There are no calls to an exec function in CBSubs or CB. Neither to the PHP global nor to a class function. The only call to exec that I'm aware of in core Joomla is to database functions. So it's either 3rd party or you've a database error happening.

Sounds like you aren't testing with Stripe. SIMULATEDOK is only used by the Dummy gateway.

Have reviewed your install. Just looks like you've been using the dummy gateway for testing and not your stripe gateway. Only 2 baskets were paid using stripe the remaining 33 are on the dummy gateway. The dummy gateway will just instantly pay a basket it's for instantly testing payment flows and does not communicate with any payment providers.

As for your stripe gateway you have it configured for hosted checkout. Test clocks don't work with hosted checkout (stripe limitation) as noted in the test clocks parameter description. Change "Payment Button method" to "Inline Form (Elements)" to switch back to default on-site inline payments, which do support test clocks.
