We discovered that when we set debug on and reporting to maximum, the Configuration button works. Turn off debug; it fails. Which error files will you need?
In the meantime, we unpublished the two discounts we had set up and tried the registration again. It shows no discounts, just $69 a month, and it too shows the same message "SIMULATEDOK".
