At the moment I have a strange behaviour concerning the process of setting an avatar picture for a certain profile. Let me show you what I mean. The picture I am using for an avatar is this .png file:
So for the first profile (=
Peter) we do the following:
1. Login as Peter in the frontend
2. Update the profile of Peter and upload the above image as an avatar for Peter
3. Login as moderator and approve the avatar picture for Peter
4. Finish
For the second profile (=
Alois) whe we do the following:
1. Login as Alois in the frontend
2. Choose the gallery tab of Alois and upload the above image as part of his gallery images.
3. Login as moderator and approve this gallery picture for Alois
4. Login as Alois again in the frontend
5. Choose the Gallery of Alois and select the (approved) gallery picture
6. Now execute the action: 'Make Profile avatar' on the selected gallery picture
7. Finish
.... Now select the 'User search' menu item (either as Alois or Peter or moderator) ..... the result looks like this:
As you can see the avatar picture which has been placed via ... Gallery / Make Profile avatar .... is rendered differently (too big!) .... From my point of view an avatar picture should always rendered the same way, independently from where it came frome .... what do you think? Or is the bug on my side?
