We have installed the loader at below URL :
downloads2.ioncube.com/loader_downloads/ioncube_loaders_win_vc9_x86_ipf.zip
But there is still same error. I am getting the blank page.

Please contact your host of assistance.
They might already have a process in place.

Is it possible to customize the CBSubs module by making changes in their code files?

Actually we are still trying to install it locally on not hosted anywhere live. Any suggestions or checklist we need refer to see the possible reasons for the failure to install?

Ok thanks we will check for your suggestions.
Meantime if you can let us know if for CBSubs can we have access to actual code i.e. should not be Encoded since we will need some customizations in the working of the CBSubs to suit our website requirement. So code level customization will be possible only if we have actual code and not encoded one. Do you think that is possible in case of CBSubs?
