Have reviewed your install and your plans were free lifetime, but you did not configure CBSubs to create subscriptions for free lifetime plans. This means most protection/integrations won't do anything. I've configured this for you within CBSubs > Settings > Global and have also configured the field for you. I've confirmed the photography user (they had wrong subscription btw) now can see the field (and tab, so other users won't see an empty tab) and that the model user can't.

I however was able to find a bug. The CBSubs jQuery that is displayed on registration to conditionally show/hide fields is loading on profile view as well. This is causing the company name field to disappear. I've created a bug ticket regarding this.

Unfortunately no. We've just been made aware of the issue (thanks to your install ;)). Certainly with next release as is a rather major issue.

Just on another note... When the bug is fixed so that people can update their profile.. is there anyway to make the edit profile page look like the registration for and not have it all showing in tabs which looks confusing to members?

Profile edit is independent of registration and can contain significantly more fields then registration causing a massively long page. More customization will be made available with release of CB 2.0, but currently no plans to alter its display. Please keep in mind its display has no relation to CBSubs and you can of course edit CB it self to remove the tabbing if you'd like.
