So you get this same message when trying to install: cbplug_lang_cbsubs_english.zip (one of the plugins contained in the CBSubs distribution)?

Please PM backend super administrator login credentials say may take a look. It's possible there is some sort of conflict present or PHP setting preventing install (safe_mode for example). It could also be a folder permission issue, do other CB plugins install fine?
