[SOLVED] CB Login Not working After Restore of Site from BU

12 years 3 months ago - 12 years 3 months ago #189625 by kautrand
CB 1.7
J 17.3

My site failed after upgrade to J2.5. Had to restore from a BU using Akeeba BU. Once restored the CB Login no longer works. In Firefox I get a blank screen and in IE9 I get a Internal Server Error.

The Joomla User Login works.

Have reinstalled both CB Login and Comprofiler.

Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then attempt to login via CB and review any on-screen errors (do not provide the query log at bottom, we don't need that). Please first also upgrade to CB 1.7.1 if not done so already.

CB 1.7.1 is loaded.

Never used Debug. Does it write to a log file or just show as text on the Control Panel screen. This is what mine does. It doesn't appear to caputre the log in attempt from the site screen.

Neither IE9 or Firefox shows anything on the screen after trying to log in from the home screen. fiyc.com

Debug mode doesn't write anything to anywhere. Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting within Joomla global configuration. Without doing so errors will be suppressed and you'll continue to see a blank page without knowing what the error is.
