It's not browser specific. Looks like ioncube isn't enabled on frontend. If you enabled ioncube using php.ini please ensure php.ini is in Joomla root and root/administrator. As soon as CBSubs is disabled login works as usual.

Had a php.ini file in the root for display_errors = off. Removed the php.ini file and it works fine now.
