You've "Require Admin Approval" within CB > Configuration > Registration set to "No" so you won't see any user registration approvals. You also have "Require Upload Image Approval" set to "No" so you won't see any image upload approvals. The only thing left for it to display is Connect requests, but you've Connections disabled. Basically due to configuration you've no need for the module.

My apologies! When it still wasn't working this morning I changed it to No so we didn't have to worry about it anymore. I think I'm just going to leave it at No.
So it must not have been working because of the Connections being disabled?

Well yes and no. The module displays 3 things and 3 things only: 1) User registrations needing approval, 2) User image uploads needing approval, 3) Pending connection requests to your self (login module can also display this). If neither of the 3 are pending then it'll show no pending actions. It's basically only needed if you're using registration and image upload approval otherwise you don't need it.
