I didn´t get to the access level staff yet, but solved the problem with the fields in the profile. I disable them thinking I was doing the opposite.

By any chance do you know if the blogs articles (cb blogs) can go auto approve when a user post them? ?

I am using the joomla 1.7 default blog.

I still have some complications here:

I found out that these specific fields are not being filter in the backend.
If I try to modify the user info through the backend (CB user manager) all the fields show up there, so in order to change something I have to fill the rest…

Any ideas?

CB Conditional doesn't work in backend, it's frontend only. I recommend running backend without validation to help avoid having to save a user with a required field populated. Please see CB > Configuration > User Profile and set "Fields validation in Admin" to "No".

Be a good idea for it to work in backend too (optional of course) and have added a feature request for it.
