Have reviewed your install and the below CSS is hiding the CB Menu.

IN: components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/mycommunity/template.css
ON: Line 113

    display: none;
}

Remove the above to display the CB Menu again. The below results in the profile header text not displaying

    font-weight: bold;

Removing color and font-size from the above will allow the profile title to display again. With both fixes above applied your profiles should then display as follows.

It's designed that way as it's designed to be use with CB Content, which displays the menu with nice icons. Basically it's a feature.
