Released 1.0.1 fixing the issue, please update and refresh a few times as is a fix to the jQuery. The buttons were still active and capable of being submitted even after the form was submitted. This caused, in some cases, the buttons to accept another click event causing them to submit multiple times; this is now impossible as they're disabled properly after being clicked. I could no longer reproduce the issue with fixed release.
