Bug in CB connect

Bug in CB connect was created by rbuelund
I got another not registered person to try to login with tha facebook button in the CB login module - he got this error: Failed to retrieve Facebook profile. Error: Unknown column 'fb_userid' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT `id` FROM `xxx3_comprofiler` WHERE `fb_userid` = '719771414825534'

The column is named cb_fb_userid in the database, not just fb_userid - is there a bug in the plugin ??

That's a known issue with CB it self. Install latest CB 2.x nightly then re-install CB Connect and the proper fields should be created.

Ok - but now there is both a field called cb_fb_userid and one called fb_userid ?? Can I safely delete the ones called cb_xxx_userid ?

..and if I try as an Facebook developer to log in through Facebook at my site I get this Facebook error: "Invalid Scopes: offline_access. This message is only shown to developers. Users of your app will ignore these permissions if present. Please read the documentation for valid permissions at: developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/permissions"

Yes, you can delete the CB Connect fields prefixed with cb_.

You need to be using CB Connect 7.x Beta 4. Previous CB Connect releases will not work due to Facebook API changes. See the below for details.

Ok - now I got it working BUT. Can i do this?: When A user want's to register without Facebook the Email field is writeable - when a user Registers with Facebook - the user cannot change the Email field - How do I go about that - otherwise it makes no sense as an email confirmation if the user can change it.
