CB subs does not promote subscribers to other usergroups anymore/ where can I find latest nightly?

What is not said in title is what version are you using and how are you testing that CBSubs is not "promoting subscribers" to other groups.

Latest nightly can be downloaded from the download page:

www.joomlapolis.com/downloads/cb-paid-subscriptions

each CBSubs element is automatically set to download latest nightly but you can manually select from drop down an eralier nightly or the stable release.

You can also just select the CBSubs preset from this page:

www.joomlapolis.com/downloads/presets

and use the drop down to select latest or stable.

For plans to control usergroups you need to configure them to do so under the Access tab of your plans. For more advanced usergroup control based off subscriptions you can use CB Auto Actions and the following.
