Rating with name and comment in every Profile

Hello Team,

I would like to know if there is a way to:
Public users to be able to login (only through social media) and once loged in to be able to navigate to a profile of my webpage and rate the profile with comment and star rating, (like facebook does in a company's pages for example)
I know I can use the extension for social media for the users to login but how to do the rest?

CB Connect can handle this.

and once loged in to be able to navigate to a profile of my webpage and rate the profile with comment and star rating

CB ProfileBook and its Guestbook tab can do this. Alternatively you can have a custom activity stream using the activity or comment fieldtypes provided by CB Activity then have a separate rating field.
