[#7719] Filters in CB Activity

I don't know what more to suggest. Filters work perfectly fine in my tests and on our demo site below where I've configured a few.

demo.cbdemosites.com/

If you aren't using cross connections in CB > Configuration > Connections your issue could be with connections being one way, which are going to give you odd results.

The way your Kunena filter works is it filters down to all activity with an asset starting with "kunena.". Next it only displays that activity if it was created by a user with a user id of someone you are directly connected with (if it's one way and they are connected to you, but not you to them then it will not display their posts).

I do have cross connections enabled, and it always has been ever since I started using CB.

Could there yet be any other setting I need to look at?

I tried to add such a filter when loading CB Activity at a menu link instead of module, but the result is the same.

I set error reporting to maximum, and went to the wall. When I click on any of the filters, it gives me this error 11 times:

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in [path]/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubscontent/cbsubs.content_access.php on line 767

However, this error appears on both filters that do work and on filters that don't work. So I don't know if it's related, or what this error even means.

I tried to disable the content access CB plugin, but this had no effect.

You'll need to PM login credentials for accounts where this issue can be seen exactly for me to further investigate as I can't reproduce it in my test environments so I'm not sure what's causing your issue.

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in [path]/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubscontent/cbsubs.content_access.php on line 767

Looks like you may have an incorrectly configured URL in By URL Part protection within one of your CBSubs Plans, but I don't see why that'd cause your issue.

I don't use by URL protection in my CBSubs plans, I just double checked to make sure.

As for access, you can use the admin login details I sent you not too long ago. After logged in, just click "home" and try one of the filters. You'll have to enable error reporting first as it's turned off again at the moment.

Ah, was able to find the cause. The "connections" usage in Users is not reliably being added to the query. Have added a bug ticket to fix. New build with this fixed will be out soon.
