I am not familiar with CB ProfileBook so I went to the support and clicked on it. It was listed, however when I followed the link there is no information to be had.
I've no idea what you clicked on, but the CB ProfileBook product page is below. It can be accessed from our addons page or even clicking its title from our downloads page.
It's one for our legacy plugins that's basically entirely replaced by CB Activity and CB Blogs at this point though.
