Password field strength metter only visible after lost focus was created by razor7

Hi!
Just playing around with the password strength meter parameter of the password field.
I've noticed that the strength meter only shows up after I leave the password field, after that, the strength meter is always visible.
¿Is it possible to always display the strength meter after the field is rendered on page load and not after I leave focus of the field?

It's meant to display as they type looks like it only displays after leaving then it will remain as it should. Have added a bug ticket to look into fixing that.
