User synchronization isn't working correct

Dear all,

I have created a user within the user management of Joomla itself. After synchronization of the user in the CB, not all fields are imported in CB. Only the ones in the filed account details are imported correct, the ones in the address field aren't imported. Is there anything I can do, to fix this or do I have to use any kind of paid version to do the trick?

User Synchronization only synchronizes core fields (username, name, and email). I does not synchronize every field. Create users within CB > User Management not within Joomla user management. If you need to import more data use the Import feature in CB > User Management to import from CSV files. Alternatively continue to use your Joomla fields by creating a Joomla fieldtype in CB > Field Management and setting them to your custom Joomla user fields. I've already explained this to you in your below topic.
